This is Valerie Kilpatrick’s second season as the accompanist for the Bytown Voices and she continues to accompany the Seaway Valley Singers in Williamsburg. She received a Mus.B and teaching diplomas from Manchester University and the Royal Manchester College of Music in England, and later, a Master’s degree in Music Therapy from New York University.  Valerie teaches piano students of all ages and levels and is currently organist and choir director at St. James United Church, Avonmore - close to her former home.  She is a member of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association and the Royal Canadian College of Organists.
