Spring Concert 2011 This spring was a special one for us because we teamed up with Bob Jones's other community choir, the Seaway Valley singers, who are based in Williamsburg. We performed two joint concerts, the first at Trinity United church on Maitland Avenue in Ottawa, and the second in Williamsburg.Both choirs performed songs on their own, but we sang several pieces together. The program ranged from folk songs to pop standards to Brahms and Handel, and members of both choirs enjoyed the experience of singing with so many voices. |
